About the Role: As a Phone Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers through phone calls and emails to resolve issues, answer product questions, and ensure seamless interactions. Your expertise in our wellness and supplement products, combined with your ability to handle multiple administrative tasks, will be essential in providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our wellness and supplement products, guiding customers to make informed decisions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions

Requirements:
