Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate various phases of assigned projects, including development, timelines, and task management
  • Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting program and project metrics
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations for organizational improvements
  • Create planning documentation, project operational processes, and templates to facilitate clear and structured activity execution
  • Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and develop process improvements
  • Compile and analyze data to draw conclusions and propose courses of action

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or a related field
  • Two years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work experience
  • OR any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills

Essential Attributes:

  • Experience in business analysis, project planning, and process redesign
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Attention to detail, with experience working independently in a high-volume workload environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload, handling multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
