About the Role:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads to drive sales conversions
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Providing exceptional customer support, answering questions, and sending additional information via email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product and service information, updates, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system to track sales performance and customer interactions
- Demonstrating and explaining features of our products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
- Researching and qualifying new leads to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's top-line growth

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (MCA preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in an inside sales position, preferably in the US market or with US shift experience
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with customers
- Proven phone and cold calling skills, with a track record of success in sales or business development
