We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Ads team. Job Summary:

The Principal Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and informing product development to ensure our Amazon Ads products meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Amazon Ads products, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to inform product development, prioritize customer feedback, and drive product adoption
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Create and maintain single-source-of-truth documentation to enable Sales and Marketing teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, engagement, and results
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing and advertising technology
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results
  • Experience with data analysis, market research, and customer insights
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with Ad Technology, including Demand Side Platforms, Clean Rooms, Data Management Systems, and Supply Sources
