The Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive vision and strategy for Global Channels & Routing, driving seamless and integrated solutions for our guests and hosts.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of Platform Managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
- Drive product execution, creating clear objectives and key results that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end user journey experiences that exceed expectations.
- Evaluate new product opportunities, proposing solutions that expand our product and business capabilities.
- Stay at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies and innovations, applying them to Airbnb's support use cases.
Your Expertise
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 12+ years of product or platform management experience, with a proven track record of delivering frictionless customer experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in a management role, with direct reports and a history of building high-performing teams.
- A strong understanding of customer transactions, operational workflows, internet technologies, and development methodology for a global multi-business environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
- A user-centric mindset, with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and familiarity with data science, analytics, and machine learning concepts.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $224,000 - $281,500 USD, along with bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Our job titles may span multiple career levels, and the actual base pay is dependent on various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
