Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors promptly, responding to inquiries and providing wayfinding information as needed
- Obtain patient identification, verify information in EMR, and ensure accurate check-in/out processes
- Assist patients with self-serve kiosks, queue management, and provide updates on wait times
- Interface effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and a favorable patient experience
- Adhere to health care regulatory guidelines, including OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS, to maintain a safe and compliant environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
