Requirements:

Working Environment:
Our Sales Associates work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift. You will be expected to lift over 25 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor malls, strip centers, and other retail locations.
Performance Metrics:
Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve annual department objectives and corporate goals, including decision-making, judgment, and execution, creating an Experience First culture, and consistent execution of operational standards.
