Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospects and residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and assist with service requests
- Coordinate guest suite schedules, loading dock and elevator schedules, and package deliveries
- Maintain clubhouse amenities and ensure tour-ready conditions
- Assist with resident activities, programs, and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant to support sales and marketing efforts
