What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $16/hour, increasing to $17/hour after 90 days of successful performance
 - Paid comprehensive training, with no prior call center experience required
 - Flexible working hours, with our Call Center open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls and inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and addressing patient needs
 - Be an extension of our offices, taking inbound and placing outbound calls to patients, and caring for their overall health
 - Assist patients with orders, insurance verification, payments, and urgent situations
 - Meet or exceed specified metrics, including patient experience, quality assurance, and patient survey scores
 
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
 - Customer service experience preferred
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
 - Pleasant, friendly, and professional manner, with effective customer service skills
 - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
 - Proficient in data entry, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 
Physical Requirements:
- Must be local to the St. Louis, MO area for the first 5 weeks of on-site training
 - Ability to sit for extended periods, with regular talking and hearing required
 - Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
 
Work Environment:
- Professional office environment, with standard office equipment and technology
 - Flexibility in hours, with core work hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday
