Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Service Support Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch support to our Airbnb guests. As a part-time specialist, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Airbnb guest support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries via chat, phone calls, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and professional manner via chat, email, and phone calls
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with property managers and contractors to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide accurate information about our listings, policies, and amenities to guests
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with guests to ensure a great experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in Airbnb guest service support or similar customer service roles
  • Availability to work Mountain Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle guest calls with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Reliable internet connection and necessary tools for remote work (headset, computer, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
