We are seeking an experienced and skilled Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Remedi SeniorCare. As a Pharmacy Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of prescriptions into our system.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work in a cutting-edge, closed-door facility designed for success, with a team dedicated to delivering life-saving medications to thousands of residents every day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system
  • Communicating with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs
  • Efficient order entry and follow-up, troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
  • Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
  • Strong computer skills and thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
  • Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred, with Framework experience a plus
