Job Title: Oracle Health Portfolio Manager - Lead Project Management & Portfolio Leadership
Join our team as an Oracle Health Portfolio Manager, where you will lead the IT PMO for a hospital facility in the Four Corners region, Farmington, New Mexico, and drive success through project management and portfolio leadership. As a Portfolio Manager at Oracle Health, you will oversee a team responsible for managing projects and programs, operational objectives, intake processes, governance, and resource management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing interdependencies, collaborator communications, and risk management, as well as leading project implementations, developing standards, and driving resource management and governance. You will identify business risks, develop mitigation strategies, and propose success criteria for projects and programs. As a leader, you will be accountable for managing a subset of the portfolio area roadmap, planning activities, and results, and advising collaborators on project management subject areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong and diverse skillset, with experience in software implementation projects and related methodologies. You will be passionate about technology and healthcare, proactive, organized, accountable, and focused on action, with a detailed understanding of project management principles and practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets and objectives
- Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department, and organization objectives
- Influence diverse collaborator groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices, and procedures
- Identify, propose, and lead team-and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives
- Deliver consistent and timely training, mentorship, and feedback to encourage success and promote team growth
- Develop and manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams and track and report on program achievements
- Drive execution for timely, on-scope delivery, and manage resourcing and budgets for projects and programs
- Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
