As an Oil Free Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Southwest region. You'll identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Job Summary:
The Oil Free Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Sullair compressed air oil-free equipment and associated air treatment solutions to customers in the assigned territory. You'll work closely with our sales team, product management, and engineering to develop and implement sales strategies, identify market trends, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for Oil Free equipment, Air Treatment, and associated Aftermarket in the designated region
 - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve direct and indirect sales goals through our distribution channel and direct sales approach
 - Identify and address market penetration gaps, and develop strategies to expand our customer base
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the launch of new products
 - Provide market feedback and competitive insights to product management and commercial leadership
 - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using our CRM system
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
 - At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or solution-selling environment, preferably in the compressed air industry
 - Strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
 - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools (or similar software)
 - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
 - Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
