Job Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Service Clerk & Call Center Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and customers, you'll handle phone inquiries, assist with office administrative tasks, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, providing helpful information when needed.
 - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
 - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and delivering documents.
 - Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
 - Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
 - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, both in person and over the phone.
 - Support the team with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing office events.
 - Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
 - Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space, fostering a professional work environment.
 - Perform additional clerical duties and special projects as assigned by management.
 
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
 - Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or clerical roles is preferred.
