Job Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Service Clerk & Call Center Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and customers, you'll handle phone inquiries, assist with office administrative tasks, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, providing helpful information when needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and delivering documents.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing office events.

  • Perform additional clerical duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or clerical roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
