Job Description:
- Completing data entry and reconciliation tasks
- Coordinating return items with individuals, external vendors, and other organizations
- Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member requests, and accounting general ledger reconciliation
- Processing transactions, including payments, transfers, and deposits
- Following and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: previous customer service or banking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
