Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2, with any graduate/PG eligible to apply
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, with effective time management and prioritization skills
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to address customer issues appropriately
- Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, with familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Good typing skills
