As a Product Designer at Netflix, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build exceptional user experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and partners to design and build payment experiences
• Advocate for the customer and craft UX solutions that meet business goals and inspire the team to push the boundaries of design
• Create simple, intuitive experiences in a space with complex regulations and workflows
• Work on a range of projects across various platforms (TV, mobile, web, and more)
• Design with accessibility in mind and contribute to our design system and UX guidelines
• Work closely with our partnerships and research teams to understand the needs and attitudes of our users worldwide
• Influence future growth areas to drive product and business growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar experience) with a flexible portfolio that highlights collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use systems thinking in technical spaces to break down complexity into manageable problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and drive alignment with cross-functional partners
• Experience using and contributing to design systems
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions
• A humble, mature, and selfless attitude that welcomes feedback and is open to learning

Nice to Have:

• Design experience working on growth processes and with global partners
• A global or multi-regional perspective
• A passion for entertainment, filmmaking, and storytelling
