Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence, and respond to emails
 - Prepare and organize databases and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
 - Manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
 - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employer and client information with discretion
 - Take notes and transcribe meetings, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions
 - Schedule meetings, arrange calendar events, and book meeting spaces and conference rooms as needed
 - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
 - Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency
 - Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed, conducting research and gathering sources to support presentations
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
 - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
 - Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
 - Strong technical skills, with the ability to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
 - Highly organized and able to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage time effectively
 - Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service and presentation skills
 - Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
 - Two years of previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
