Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee in Randleman, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop teams, drive financial performance and sales growth, and provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and coordinating job-related activities and assignments.
As a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you will be expected to model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved, and recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associate achievements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Coordinate job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze financial data, develop action plans, and implement business solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
