We are seeking a passionate and experienced Stretch Practitioner to join our team at StretchLab in Glastonbury, CT. As a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, we are revolutionizing the fitness industry and empowering clients to live their best lives. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering world-class stretching sessions, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our crew.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions
- Build and retain StretchLab memberships
- Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
- Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
- Address member concerns and assist with studio tours and sales
- Maintain a strong social media presence and keep equipment clean and well-maintained
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay range: $23-$26

Requirements:
- Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training
- Fitness certification required
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
