Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, both in-center and online
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in the Mathnasium program
• Become proficient in the Mathnasium Method, digital educational materials, and processes
• Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction
• Maintain a clean and professional learning environment, and assist with non-instructional tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and learn new methods and materials
• Willingness to undergo training in the Mathnasium Method and pass a background check
