As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be part of a team that:

Position Summary: As a licensed Loan Officer, you will receive accounts, Realtor referrals, and leads through our advanced AI technology and marketing channels. You will operate in a direct sales environment, engaging with clients nationwide, building relationships, analyzing financial situations, and selecting the best products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow our proprietary playbooks and weekly schedules
- Determine the best product for clients, lock loans, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages
- Collaborate with administrators and underwriters to oversee work
- Focus on new loan originations while processors work on loans
- Ensure 14-day close requirements and stipulations are met
Requirements:
- Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
- Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
- Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships
- Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot

- Assessment
- Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff
- Final interview with the CEO
Training: Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Closed Sundays and Holidays.
Supplemental Pay: W-2 only, base and/or commission pay depending on the legal position.
