Senior FP&A Data & Systems Manager

Role Description

The Sr. FP&A Data & Systems Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and improving use cases of Anaplan across the finance and revenue organizations. In this role you will work with the FP&A, sales compensation, data and sales teams. This role will require a high level of accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness as you assist with critical business processes.

• Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems
• Proactively work to identify both user-facing and back-end system improvements
• Identify opportunities to build out additional use cases of Anaplan within the organization
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Anaplan data loads
• Provide ongoing support to resolve stakeholder inquiries
• Create and maintain technical and end user documentation

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Anaplan models
• Ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks from multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects
• Understanding of FP&A and GTM processes
• Ability to dig into large data sets to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

• Anaplan Certified Model Builder
• Snowflake and SQL experience
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of Anaplan model building experience
