- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members
 - Maintain a clean, organized, and member-friendly environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
 - Communicate effectively with members regarding club orders, product availability, and alternative options
 - Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle member issues and concerns with a positive and solutions-focused attitude
 - Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and drive business results
 - Participate in safety sweeps and report potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment
