Manager, Project Engineer - Transforming the Future of Food and Beverage
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager, Project Engineer to lead the management, implementation, and execution of technical projects across our internal and external manufacturing locations. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering new products and technologies, driving productivity initiatives, and ensuring the quality of our products and packaging. - Manage commercialization, productivity, and strategic projects across internal and external manufacturing locations to deliver new products and technologies.
 - Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure successful project execution.
 - Lead technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting, and implementation of new products and packages.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and improve the affordability of our products.
 - Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives, and ensure compliance with technical policies and procedures.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or a related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, preferably in the food, dairy, beverage/brewery, or personal care industries.
 - Strong project management skills, with the ability to define and lead projects, and direct/motivate project teams.
 - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver strategies for new projects, products, and technologies.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT, Project).
 - Travel requirements: 80% (visiting manufacturing sites and vendor locations).
