Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II - Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team at Marshalls Store 0172 in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will play a critical role in preventing loss and dishonesty, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our store teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while wearing a Body Worn Camera
- Maintain a professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store
- Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect, and respond to customer requests for assistance
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
- Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, and document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of retail or security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to take initiative
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and prioritize/organize workload effectively
