We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of TRiO Student Support Services to lead our efforts in providing support services to disadvantaged and diverse student populations. Location: Remote (with some evening hours and travel required)

Job Type: Regular, Full-time

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Summary

The Director of TRiO Student Support Services will develop and direct the program in accordance with Department of Education rules and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction of the project, supervising staff, and coordinating activities to support the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct the TRiO Student Support Services program
  • Supervise and evaluate staff
  • Coordinate tutoring and other academic programs
  • Manage the program budget
  • Develop and maintain records and reports
  • Supervise the selection and purchase of supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in education, administration, counseling, college student personnel services, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in higher education with direct work experience with disadvantaged and diverse student populations
  • Experience in program and curriculum development, budgetary management, and supervisory experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
