Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Licensing Trainer Admin to join our team. As a trainer admin, you'll be responsible for leading engaging training programs, facilitating group dynamics, and providing personalized support to our agents. Your expertise will help our agents overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of our agents
  • Facilitate group discussions, provide feedback, and encourage agent participation to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Develop and assign tailored homework, projects, and reading assignments to support agent development
  • Collaborate with training coordinators to assess agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions
  • Maintain accurate records, track agent progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing guidance, and support to agents as they navigate our training programs

Requirements:

  • Licensed in Property and Casualty, Personal Lines, or Life and Health, with relevant training or work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing others in a fast-paced insurance environment
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, training processes, and practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including occasional onsite visits and online training sessions
