About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Account Executive to join our Kinective Media team. As a strategic partner to top brands, you will leverage your digital media expertise and consultative selling approach to develop and execute best-in-class omnichannel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with agencies, brands, and buy-side platforms to drive adoption of our advertising solutions and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build foundational relationships with key agency and client contacts
  • Collaborate with senior management to retain and expand client relationships, aiming for high client satisfaction
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the ad industry and programmatic landscape to support clients with basic omnichannel media planning, measurement, and data strategy needs
  • Present Kinective Media's value proposition effectively to clients, generating leads and building client enthusiasm
  • Participate in account growth planning, supporting product adoption and incremental revenue opportunities

Qualifications:

We're looking for a talented and driven individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of outside digital media/ad tech sales experience and client-facing partner management
  • Experience building new customer relationships, closing sales, and generating revenue
  • Consultative selling skills and a creative approach to storytelling with data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interface with clients and internal teams
