Job Description Summary
The Delivery Analyst Intern will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality data, data products, and information that drive our clients' marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning and understanding our data and products to ensure seamless delivery to clients and third-party vendors
 - Analyzing and solving problems to improve quality, efficiency, and process flow
 - Developing and enhancing your skills in teamwork, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving
 - Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our delivery processes
 
Internship Details
- Internship start date: May 19, 2025
 - Remote and local candidates are welcome to apply
 - 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-29 hours/week during the semester
 - Anticipated graduation date: between May 2026 and December 2026
 - Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
 
Responsibilities
- Learn to effectively resolve issues, including tool errors and data integrity issues
 - Develop an understanding of our established procedures and project requirements
 - Audit and validate source data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements to ensure zero defects
 - Learn and use standard tools, products, and platforms for processing files
 - Ensure delivery of accurate output information to clients or their vendors
 - Apply transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms
 - Investigate potential processing efficiencies and redundancies
 - Identify, recommend, and document code changes or make appropriate code changes
 
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Data Analytics, or a related field
 - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
 - Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
 - Effective communication skills
 - Demonstrable skill with Microsoft Office applications
 - Interest in learning about the Marketing Technology industry
 - Exposure to SQL and programming languages
