Key Responsibilities

- Utilize available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Effectively communicate pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
- Stay informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
- Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.
Requirements
