Job Overview:

As a remote team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of our software solutions for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop tailored software configuration and implementation plans.
- Software Configuration: Configure our SaaS software to meet client specifications, aligning with their business processes and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver seamless implementations that exceed client expectations.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients on software usage and offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and implementation challenges, partnering with internal teams as necessary.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the implementation process, client requirements, configurations, and customizations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the configured software meets client requirements and functions as expected.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the implementation process and beyond.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or relevant areas are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or related experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of SaaS software and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborative and willing to work across teams to achieve common goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing client needs and project requirements.

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this role is:
- Tier 1: $110,925 - $137,025
- Tier 2: $99,833 - $123,323
- Tier 3: $88,740 - $109,620
