Tuition Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tuition Collections Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our university's tuition collection efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of incoming payments, supervising tuition collections staff, and providing high-level customer service for tuition collections activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the University tuition collection efforts and applicable reconciliations
 - Ensure all tuition collection processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner
 - Supervise tuition collections staff and ensure adherence to regulatory, University, and departmental processes
 - Provide high-level customer service for tuition collections activity
 - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
 - At least three (3) years of collection and student loan experience
 - Experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
 - Knowledge of the current FDPCA rules
 - Supervisory experience
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Ability to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional manner
