We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at HSN, a leading retail brand within Qurate Retail Group. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and delivering personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
  • Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour after 24 months

Requirements:

  • Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Self-provided computer or laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • High-speed internet connection and headset compatible with HSN specifications
