Job Title: Reading Intervention Teacher - Immediate Hire

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Reading Tutor to join our team at the Meadows Center for Preventing Educational Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching daily reading lessons to students, documenting progress, and planning for differentiation of instruction. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with children, a strong educational background, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and teach daily reading intervention to individual students in a one-on-one setting using a structured reading program
- Plan for differentiation of instruction and complete requested documentation on student progress
- Attend team meetings and maintain communication with project supervisor
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
Requirements:
- At least two years of prior experience working with children
- Daily access to transportation to campuses in Eanes ISD, Elgin ISD, Lake Travis ISD, and Rock ISD
- Daily availability during regular school hours
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or similar field
