Senior Medical Imaging Customer Service Engineer (MR/CT) - Remote Opportunity

As a Field Service Engineer III, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality medical imaging equipment, including MR and CT systems, to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex medical imaging equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide field support (75%) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-end medical imaging equipment, including MR and CT systems
- Deliver technical support (10%) via phone, email, or online platforms to resolve technical issues and provide training to healthcare professionals
- Offer applications support (5%) to interact with radiologists, technicians, and physicians to stay updated on new and existing imaging solutions, issues, and trends
- Provide software support (10%) for applications software issues associated with X-ray and Vascular modalities, utilizing Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) for viewing, filming, archiving, networking, and database administration
What You'll Need
- Minimum 12 years of experience in high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Basic computer skills and understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as needed
- Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs
- Physical ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 75 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
