We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Hospitality Account Concierge to join our team at Dry Farm Wines, the world's premier Artisan Wine company. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to our Members, ensuring an unforgettable experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to Members via email, chat, calls, and SMS
  • Put yourself in the Member's point of view, personalizing replies and communicating clearly
  • Multitask between channels, maintaining a "can-do" attitude and taking accountability for actions
  • Maintain department objectives for metrics such as calls answered, median first reply time, total resolution time, and CSAT score

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Remote work experience (ideal)
  • Wine knowledge and ability to speak about wine extensively
  • Unquenchable thirst for learning and proficiency in working between multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Fine dining Hospitality experience (ideal, but not required)
