Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless and efficient service
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Provide local recommendations, directions, and information to guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain positive working relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with hotel services, events, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements:
- Previous hotel guest service experience preferred
- Open availability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments
