Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Account Manager to join our Activation Team in the Northern California market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our strategic outreach vision, managing and growing a network of strategic accounts, and driving engagement with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic retail accounts to drive engagement and growth
- Articulate our value proposition, overcome objections, and build trust and credibility with decision-makers to secure business
- Coordinate and execute outreach events, communications, and marketing campaigns to generate high-quality student and learner inquiries
- Provide remote and onsite support for students and learners at strategic retail partner locations and connect them to enrollment and academic teams as needed
- Develop and manage a network of contacts and referral sources, and assess client needs to provide feedback to the leadership team
- Collaborate with the larger Activation Team to ensure strategic alignment and adoption of best practices
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, business development, corporate outreach, and lead generation, preferably in the education industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Proven ability to close deals and drive business growth
- Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly alter outreach approach based on client response
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time and work in a fast-paced environment
