Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to FedEx services via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information about shipping, tracking, and delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with online account management and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer support processes
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and holidays
