As an Executive - Business Development | BPO Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through lead generation, research, and client meetings
- Generate new business by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and networks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
