We're seeking a visionary Director of Information Technology to lead our technological initiatives and oversee day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with our company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO and CISO to establish the company's internal IT vision and manage infrastructure resources.
• Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and adaptable to evolving technology and threats.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and meet functional objectives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure costs to improve the bottom-line of the organization.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Work with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT infrastructure and achieve necessary compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with other department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and evaluate their potential impact on the company.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in an IT department with a strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT objectives to overall business goals.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and emerging technologies.
• Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out new IT platforms.
• Familiarity with common SaaS apps and a strong track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Prior experience working in organizations with compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA) requirements.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a growth-stage company.
