We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agreement Supervisor to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, improving, surveying, partnering with the board, and endorsing all agreements, including seller supply, transfer, fix, and redesign, non-disclosure, resource buy, deal or rent records, and other arrangements essential to support a fast-paced and rapidly changing business and functional climate.

This role will require you to work under the authority of the Delta Carriers Regulation Division, adhering to established agreement principles and organizing the Regulation Division to seek endorsement of deviations from the supported norms. You will collaborate closely with the Production network The executives Resource Procurement group and be empowered to work directly with our clients and providers to foster agreements and resolve issues cooperatively, ultimately supporting key functional and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain standard agreement formats through collaboration with the Delta Regulation Office
  • Support time-sensitive dealings for the Agreements being considered and ensure timely agreement advancement to achieve plan achievements
  • Foster agreements with external clients, including but not limited to, airlines, leasing companies, and vendors
  • Ensure endorsement and proper execution of all official reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve business cycles and implement change
  • Create and maintain electronic databases, including management of agreements, closing schedules, Peak Merchant Management, and other regulatory functionality within Salesforce or Delta Airlines endorsed systems

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in a relevant field or significant equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of agreements-related experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Proven track record of collaboration and building relationships across diverse and high-performing teams
  • Demonstrates that confidentiality is essential while handling individual data
  • Embraces a diverse set of individuals, thoughts, and styles
  • Consistently prioritizes health and safety, of self and others
  • Where permitted by applicable law, likely to have or obtain the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not already employed by Delta Carriers, Inc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively across Delta Carriers and Delta TechOps partners related to business and regulatory status and goals
  • Juris Doctorate preferred
  • Functions well under pressure and leads multiple drives and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator
  • Critical thinking, solution-focused approach to collaboration
  • Skilled user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce
  • Knowledgeable understanding of industry regulations as they relate to flight-related transactions preferred
