Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team.
Requirements:
- Native speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication).
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, etc.).
