About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our award-winning customer service team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, provide solutions, and make a positive impact on their lives. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a love for pets, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, providing solutions and support for various topics, including pet care and product inquiries
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-ups as needed
  • Operate with empathy, patience, and kindness, providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with teammates and management using virtual tools, contributing to a customer-centric culture
  • Continuously learn and develop skills, with ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Canadian French (Quebecois) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change
  • Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and navigation
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed)
  • Work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions
  • Cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication
