Job Summary

We're looking for a customer-focused and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As an Amazon expert, you'll provide white-glove service to our clients, answering questions, making quality control checks, and creating content for Amazon Posts. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and planning skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team of customer experience agents.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer support for our white-glove clients
  • Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients
  • Assist with analytics reports and data downloads
  • Demonstrate strong time management, planning skills, and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, research, and writing skills
  • Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork Desk, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Apps
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS

Qualification Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or similar software
  • Comfortable with online collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace
  • Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
  • Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (bilingual a plus)
  • Experience in ecommerce/Amazon platform preferred
