Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby (Remote)

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a remote role! We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to new and expectant mothers, supporting their journey with breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation services.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless order processing. You'll work closely with our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interface with existing customers to determine product needs, present Aeroflow's services, and promote sales growth.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, providing prompt resolutions and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality.

  • Sensitivity to patient care issues and ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
