Corporate Travel Agent - Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends (Remote)

- Arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate clients, including air, car rental, hotel, and other ground transportation.
- Provide expert advice on international travel requirements, traveler safety, and government regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travelers, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Sabre or Apollo GDS systems to make travel arrangements, manage bookings, and resolve travel-related issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work independently, exercising good judgment, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a corporate travel agent.
- Proficiency in Sabre or Apollo GDS systems.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- High school or equivalent education required; completion of an accredited travel school program and some college preferred.
