As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to enterprise-level companies, to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in customer onboarding, project management, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in driving success and growth for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving cross-functional engagement to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers
- Serving as a Customer Advocate, representing the voice of our customers across our organization
- Developing and nurturing relationships with our prominent customer base, including many Fortune 500 companies
- Setting our customers up for success, driving enrollment and activation, and making a meaningful impact on our gross revenue
- Collaborating with our marketing, finance, and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual with:
- 2+ years of experience in implementation or customer-facing project management, preferably with a focus on strategic/enterprise-level accounts
- A proven track record of driving customer success and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
- A bias for action, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
- A strong desire to improve existing processes and build new ones, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
