Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system-based work queues to identify and prioritize activities, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with internal teams.
- Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions, and escalating issues as needed, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise in window treatments.
- Collaborate with Service Providers, Stores, and peers to ensure seamless project execution, timely communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Analyze and improve processes, providing feedback to supervisors and leadership teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of our products and services to employees and customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, meeting internet speed requirements (20mbps download, 5mbps upload) and maintaining a distraction-free workspace.
- Availability to work during scheduled hours, with accessibility via email, chat, and/or telephone.
